These Terms of Use (The “Terms of Use”) govern use of the website and services (the “Services”) of Afrika Tikkun., a South Africa corporation, NPO 021-892; PBO: 18/11/13/2470; NPC: 1998/015527/08 ( “Afrika Tikkun”/”We”), in addition to any supplemental terms applicable to any particular features, content and functionality of the Services, which such supplemental terms are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. By using the Services, Users agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, all applicable laws and all conditions or policies referenced here (collectively, the “Terms”). Afrika Tikkun may amend the Terms at any time by posting a revised version of the Terms on our Services. Access to or continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Give2Move enables individuals to support underserved communities in South Africa by donating toward active footwear for children, youth, and adults. All funds raised will be used by Afrika Tikkun to procure and distribute shoes through verified programmes and community events.
2. Eligibility to Use the Services
Users must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services.
3. Use of the Website
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity or security of the platform, or infringe on the rights of others.
4. Donations
All donations made through this platform are final and non-refundable. Afrika Tikkun is responsible for ensuring donations are allocated as promised and reserves the right to direct donations where the need is greatest within the campaign mandate.
Donations are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Receipts will be issued electronically upon confirmation of payment. Certificates in term of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act 58 of 1962will be sent to donors within a bi-weekly process for their donation and to keep for TAX reporting purposes
5. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
6. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Afrika Tikkun via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
7. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Afrika Tikkun separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
9. Discovery Vitality's Role
Discovery Vitality is a campaign partner and brand contributor. It is not the recipient of donations, nor is it responsible for operational execution, fulfilment, or monitoring of how donations are spent.
Donors engaging with Give2Move as part of Discovery Vitality campaigns or activations do so voluntarily and independently of any health or rewards benefits offered by Discovery.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Any personal information provided through the site will be handled in accordance with the Afrika Tikkun Privacy Policy, compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data for campaign and reporting purposes.

11. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data and transactions. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and you acknowledge that you use this website at your own risk.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Give2Move website, including logos, text, images, and videos, are the property of Afrika Tikkun, Discovery Vitality, or their partners. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
Afrika Tikkun and/or Discovery Vitality are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this site. Use of the site is at your own risk.

This site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of those websites.
15. Changes to Terms
